Dynamics CRM 2013 – Business Process Enablement

Microsoft has published excellent paper to work with Business Process in Dynamics CRM 2013. The paper is helpful to both Business users as well as developers.

A quick insight of what Microsoft says “This paper describes the purpose of business process flows introduced in CRM 2013 and the business context in which to consider using them.
